We ask that you please reschedule/cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Clients are expected to provide a full 24 hoursā notice when rescheduling their appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you cancel 1 hour or less prior to your scheduled appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service ticket. You will be considered a No Show 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time and card on file will be charged. All appointment deposits are non refundable.
